Chris Kraus is the author of four novels and two books of art and cultural criticism.  Her first novel, I Love Dick, has been adapted for television. Kraus’ most recent book is After Kathy Acker, a literary biography.  Her writing has been published in The Believer, Granta, The New York Times, The Guardian, and other publications.  She is a co-editor of the independent press Semiotexte and lives in LA.
